  • Help a user tell other users about their routers/devices

  • Simplify and standardize the existing verification process

Solutions

Solution 1:

If we add a quick visual walkthrough for quick actions.

Then it will be easier for users execute desired actions after sign up

If we add a feature that informs saved contacts about current internet sharing service being offered

Conclusion.

This was concluded in 6weeks , And so far we’ve achieved the following:

  • We’ve maintained active users and gained new ones, resulting in a 30% rise in total users.
